

Absame a 14-year-old Refugee boy living in Hagadera Camp in Dadaab refugee camp. He is forced to miss school for up to 4 weeks with social-cultural responsibilities of herding animals, caring for his sick dad, and other family chores despite his passion for education.
The school dropout film is a community-educative film that highlights the perennial causes of girls’ school dropouts in the refugee and host community setup.
The film has two parts

The film is a documentary about Ifrah and Hussein. Ifrah Abdi a 15-year-old class 6 hearing-impaired refugee girl in Hormud Primary school Dadaab refugee camp, breaks the social-cultural norms of stigma, and discrimination against girls and children with disability to pursue her education with dedication.
