"I dream of becoming a professional photographer, filmmaker, and respected businesswoman."

Since I was a young girl, I have been interested in taking videos and photos. I loved filming and taking pictures of my daily routines on social media, from sharing new food recipes and creating beauty tutorials to capturing the liveliness and joy of the ceremonies I attended. Sharing these moments allowed me to connect with others and spread positivity.

After finishing secondary school, I started working as a counsellor for girls, guiding them through various life challenges in the camp. Alongside my work as a counsellor, I continued to maintain my social media presence and worked on improving my videography and photography skills. I am a resilient and hardworking person who always aims for excellence, and I remain determined to keep improving my media skills and become the best in this field. Upon seeing the advertisement for the FilmAid media training, offering training in photography, videography, and a range of other skills, I saw it as a fantastic opportunity and a significant step toward achieving my goal of becoming a professional filmmaker and photographer.

After completing this class, my dream is to become a respected businesswoman, using media as a platform to share my story and my lifestyle, stories about my country, and the struggles women face in my community and worldwide. You can share important stories and messages through photography and filmmaking to create a positive impact.
